Discovering a Heart of Stone

The Wonders of Nature

Walking is my meditation, my moment where I recharge, where I am present in the here and now, and where I connect with nature. Recently, when I walked from Alcaufar to Punta Prima, I found a heart in stone that deeply moved me.

When you walk through the world with open eyes, you encounter wonders time and time again. Nature has the power to heal, to bring calm, and to put things into perspective.

The heart symbolizes love and compassion, and when it’s carved in stone by wind, water, and sand, it seems to hold a very special and valuable meaning. At least, that’s how I interpreted it for myself.
